You may have to do what you don’t want to do, you may have to say things that you don’t want to say and yes, life is not easy!

Here we figure out certain things that you should ignore as a grown-up. The more you worry about these, the more you end up in frustration. So, if you need to have a happy and fruitful life, then don’t give a f**k about these.

1. Other people’s opinions

Hey girlie, trust me, as long as you think about what others would think if you do this and that, you are living your life for them and not for you. You will never feel satisfied with what you do in life and finally would end up in frustration.

2. Worrying about ridiculous fashions

No white after labor day? No horizontal strips unless you’re a size 0? No bikini or mini skirt after 30? What the f*** is that. Wear what you want. You are beautiful. No fashion rule can govern your life.

3. Thinking about your EX

Well, you broke up because you can’t move anymore with him right? So why do you waste time now thinking about what he would think if you do this and that? The past is past. Don’t give a damn about it.

4. Being polite in bed

If you don’t get what you want and how you want it, then stop being polite. Do what you want!

5. Biting your tongue

Well, there are situations in life that we are asked to hold our tongue. But, now stop obeying to that rule. Speak up in situations where it is necessary. Even against your boss or husband. You should speak when necessary.

6. Ending toxic relationships

There is nothing as you should hold into your relationship just because everyone knows it or you can’t be the one to stop it. If he is pressurizing you and if you feel this is not what you wanted, then don’t give it a second thought. Just let him go.

7. Thinking too much about mistakes

Mistakes would never make you fall if you learn a lesson out of it. They would never label you as a fool or a loser and instead will show you the correct path. So don’t worry too much about doing mistakes.

8. Worrying about fitting in

Sometimes you might waste your whole life trying to fit in and finally realizing what you tried to fit in was totally boring. Why would anyone want to be another sheep among millions of sheep? Well no. Fly your freak flag and roll solo.

9. Worrying about social media

Social media is not real life. You don’t want to live your life so as to get a lot of “likes” or “tweets”. Trying to be a social media hero is just a waste.

10. Having the perfect body

Hey, you don’t want to look like this one or that one to be beautiful. Accept your flaws. You are beautiful in the way you are.

11. Worrying about the status symbols

Owning a Louis Vuitton bag or only wearing Chanel makeup is not going to make you a better person.

12. Worrying about what you can’t control

Stop worrying about what you can’t control. They are out of your reach and why give a thought about them?

13. Worrying about not worrying

Don’t worry about the things that you need not to worry about. When you worry, do it 100%. And when it is not necessary, don’t give it a damn.
