In a recent interview, Ademar said that he began making comics early in 2020 to exorcise his demons at a tough time. After uploading these, the artist noticed how many people related to them. “I got positive comments and kept exposing my feelings, and the audience grew,” Ademar said. “When I got over my awful period, we were in the coronavirus epidemic, so I kept exploring the challenges others throughout the globe were having. Now I utilize the strips to communicate my views on personal, societal, and political issues.”
Ademar was astonished when one of his comic strips went viral in June throughout Latin America. Notables came to congratulate me, which left me in the skies, but it also brought duty, says the artist. People from all around the world were now viewing my comics, not just my pals and me. Positively, the audience has shown me a route to pursue as an artist.
