It is lovely to have a good friend to hang around and share all silly moments with them, but most of the time it is our friends who annoy us the most, it seems that it is not so different among animals, this cute little ringtail possum clings to its’ new best friend, a puli dog and hitching for a ride and the dog doesn’t seem to notice the little one clinging on to its’ back
Finding possum latching on to your pet might seem to be alarming at first sight, but on the other hand, it is a rather comical and rare sight to see a baby possum grabbing on to your pets back.
Sally Watkinson owner of puli dogs discovers that one of her dogs has found a friend and she decided to share the moment on Facebook.
She also shared that neither of the dogs seems to be bothered by the little marsupial and later the dogs were taken to the vet and the possum was transported to the care of wildlife rescuers by Sally’s partner Jon.
And the later next day she found the same incident and didn’t forget to update, “This one was annoying him a bit more as it seemed to be digging in a bit, Hugo [her other dog] was still ignoring it,” Watkinson shared in a Facebook post.

An Australian woman made an unexpected discovery when she noticed a small animal clinging to her dog’s back
And then, only a day later, Sally shared an update that it happened again. This time, the Australian woman found a baby boy clinging to her dog’s fur. “This one was annoying him a bit more as it seemed to be digging in a bit, Hugo [her other dog] was still ignoring it,” Watkinson shared in a Facebook post.
“This time, the vet nurse nearly fell off her chair when we turned up,” Sally detailed their second trip to the vet’s, with yet another baby possum. This one was a boy possum and as the woman reported, he “should also be ok”.

Are you sure that’s a possum?
