Adele Barbaro, the owner and writer of her blog “The Real Mumma” focuses her online presence by giving the most raw insights and honesty into parenthood. Her recent Tiktok short series perfectly defines just how great day-to-day life can be.
Like most women, Adele sends her husband pictures of an attire she would like to buy to get his opinion. And with time the husband has found unique ways of responding unlike the usual “thumbs up”. Her hubby uses photoshop to express his creativeness and photoshop the dress into situations it reminds him of.

“Whenever Adele is unsure about the clothes she wants to buy, she sends a pic to her husband, asking for his opinion”

But lately, she has been getting more than she bargained for.

Adele says “my husband and i have been together for about ten years now and our marriage has always been based on humour and fun. We love making each other laugh”

She also told that its not every item that she asks the hubby’s opinion. Just only on the clothing she’s unsure about.

“I love his honesty rather than just saying ‘looks great, babe'”

It has come to a point where Adele just sends pics for fun knowing how the husband is going to reply and to see where he puts her into next.

Some of her husbands Photoshop edits were shared on Tiktok which immediately went viral.

And like every successful video she needed to make an episode 2 to follow it up.

However with all this sense of humour the hubby also responds with what he thinks about the dresses.

And says when he loves something and even if he doesn’t really like it much, which really helps Adele with her choices.

Her first TikTok already has over 6 million views and after the second one she told her fan base she would make a part 3 if that’s what they wanted.
@adelebarbaroI’ve stopped texting my husband for his opinion on clothes I wanna buy. His replies are not helpful.
@adelebarbaro So a lot of people asked for part 2. Ge has dont this to me for years so i went back through mh phone to find more. #foryou #funny #photoshop #annoyinghusband #fyp ♬ Photoshop – Leanna Crawford
She went on to share that the secret to their relationship is the humour. As life can get very busy and chaotic leading to stress. So having a partner who can make you laugh is truly a blessing.
To support her opinion there’s a study, conducted with 3000 married couples from 5 different countries. Where each partner was found to be happier with a more humorous partner. Also noted that this fact was more important for the wife than the husband’s. And the study concluded humour having a positive impact on establishing and maintaining the connection.
So far, TikTokers have been absolutely loving the fun little series.
