There is something called “dilation” in this world that makes us unconformable. Simply we can call it, the action of stretching or enlarging an organ or part of the body. it proposes a widening, a swelling, an engorging of bodily fluids to facilitate the smooth passage of something into, or out of, the human body.
The obvious example which we can remember is miracle childbirth, when a mom in a labor room, the responsibility of the midwife is to keep the mother updated on the status of cervix dilation in order to give an idea of how far the process is coming along.
