A florist who’s 27 years old from Melbourne, Chelsea Shiels, had first started with making crowns from flowers and then has given a twist to them. She’s now making mermaid tiaras using actual seashells.
Chelsea had explained to the Cosmopolitan that she always wanted to be Ariel, under the sea. Also that she’s an actual beach bum. And that’s where her obsession for sea shells started from. She had started it as a hobby and now it has become a business.
