We as the most developed species on the face of this planet have an advanced civilization. Human society has dominated almost everywhere in the world. A lot of lands have been cleared and buildings and other man-made structures have taken their place. But we could never defy how Nature can reclaim what we have occupied in a very comfortable manner. This photographer has traveled to capture such places where it no longer belongs to us.

This photographer; Jonk has traveled across countries and continents in search of amazing places on the earth. As a part of his traveling photography series, he has captured some amazing photos of abandoned places where Nature has already started its process of reclaiming the grounds. The walls, buildings, and other structures are of no concern to the forest. It is very aesthetic to watch the green pour into the spaces which were cleared by man to build up the structures that are being embraced by mother nature. Scroll down to read more.
