Now it is time to be emotional and scroll down to watch the complete animation.
“To be fully honest, it started from a cat video,” – Rosie laughs. “I love watching cat videos in times of stress. And I thought you know what, I just want to draw a little kitten doing something silly and very very cat-like. At first, I just wanted to draw something that made me feel good and was fun, but it evolved into something more personal to me, eventually, I realized that growing up I was always very sensitive and very shy. And had actually a lot of trouble making connections, making friendships. So I related to this kitten because it never really stepped out of its comfort zone to be vulnerable and make a connection. So that’s eventually what the story became,” the director of the short animation recalls.

This story begins with a stray, a kitten who has big eyes was wandering all over places in the neighborhood to find shelter in a cardboard box. That’s the time where he meets pit bull. Pitbull suffers from his rude owner because his owner is very abusive. It is evident that the objective of the animation is to showcase the stereotypes that the pit bulls are experiencing and is trying to live while overcoming them. It shows that such dogs have good hearts, unlike many of their owners.
At the begging of the story, the black kitten tries to stay away from the dog, the reason would be that the kitten is fear towards him. Later, it shows the generosity of the dog because he helps to save the cat.
The short animation is created in a wonderful way., Kathryn Hendrickson, the producer of the animation, she noted that herself that the animation was drawn in 2D which is “different from what Pixar normally does.”
