However, when you have such an intimate bond, then it would not be easy to be part of them. especially, they cannot live as much as humans do and they tend to get affected by various kinds of diseases. So, when you have to face their parting, it would not be an easy thing to bear up.

They told Joseph to donate the food and issued him a refund. He was truly amazed by this kind gesture but the best is yet to come!

A couple of days later he received a package from the same tore with a heart-whelming gift. They have sent him an oil painting of his dog with a beautiful message. The card said,

“It’s hard to say goodbye to a loved one. They will always be remembered and cherished. With heartfelt sympathy, ‘Pets come into our lives, leave Paw Prints on our hearts and we are forever changed.’

We’re sending lots of love and positive thoughts. If you ever need anything, we’re always here. Warmly, the chewy Family.”

Joseph was really moved by their kindness and he made a Facebook post in hope that it will go viral and Chewy will receive the recognition they deserve. As expected the post went viral in a few days and it was shared more than 60k times and received 100 likes.

Many people were touched by this act and there were a lot who promised to be the best customers of Chewy.
