A mom stunned nearly two million viewers after she posted a useful hack on how to properly close a cereal box, on Facebook. This step-by-step thread of the method went viral and was shared over 110,000 times on Facebook.
Becky Holden McGhee, mother and celebrant from the United Kingdom, shared this mind-blowing trick to correctly close a cereal box and avoid its contents going stale.
McGhee wrote on her Facebook; “It only took me 40 years, but I now know the right way to close a cereal box. Genius. It takes seconds, no more dried up cereal and ugly torn boxes to greet me every morning.”
In the video, the woman first folds the small flaps on either side of the box into the cereal box. After that, she folds one of the top sides down. Then she creates centerfolds on each small side. Finally, she wraps up the work by folding the remaining top side down into the box, and now you have a fully closed cereal box.
McGhee told Metro UK that she discovered the wonderful hack on social media. When she first attempted the hack, her husband laughed at her. Due to this reason, she was determined to prove him wrong by posting pictures on Facebook. Soon after she posted the pics, many people asked her to post a video demonstrating the method. It didn’t take too long for the video to go viral, and the comment section was flooded with praise.
