Casey Huff, a mother of three, listed a few things that she hoped she knew before becoming a parent.

Motherhood is indeed an invaluable gift. Simply, it is all about unselfishness. It builds a family, the basic unit of society. A good family creates a good society. So, a huge responsibility lies on the shoulders of parents to raise their children right.

“Motherhood has given me a purpose I didn’t know I had. There’s something really humbling about having people depend on you for everything, and it really puts into perspective the things that really matter in life,” said Casey.
This is the list she put together as advice to first-time mothers.
The ultimate truth is that parenting is not easy. Parenting is not a certain capability. We all raise kids differently. It’s messy sometimes and you might tend to think that you made a mistake. The important thing is, for kids to feel free and happy, mom’s mental and physical wellbeing is very important. So whenever you feel stressed, it’s important to take a step back for the sake of yourself, as well as your kids.
