The kindhearted parents Andi and Thomas Bonura live in Texas, USA. They are parents of three amazing children. Andi and Thomas have suffered a lot from fertility issues for years and because of that they highly value these three biological kids.
Their eldest son, Joey, who is 11 years old has cerebral palsy, and he was born with a twin, Eli, who sadly passed away. Even though they have thought that they wouldn’t get more kids, later on, they happily welcomed the daughter Sadie who is 10 years old and Daphne who is 8 years old.
According to CBS, the doctors informed the parents that it would be too risky for them to try to conceive again. So they turned on foster care. Because they knew the value of children and they were ready to adopt children as well.
First, they fostered Bryson in November 2017. Later on, these parents Andi and Thomas found out that Bryson has got 4 more biological siblings who live separately in different foster homes are being put up for adoption. There are twins among these 5 siblings who were also in different foster homes.
After fostering all five children, they started the adoption process. Since there’s a health crisis that exists in America, these parents didn’t expect the adoption papers to be passed soon. But they were offered an adoption trial with the 5 kids over zoom, and they realized that these kids are super excited to be apart of this wonderful family. So Andy and Thomas accepted this challenge because they knew that it would all worth it in the end.
