Hiding most of its life underground, this species of frogs are called ‘Blunt-headed Burrowing Frogs’. They are built to retain water in their bodies when they hide underground. They usually resurface when it rains and return back to their burrows underground.

Recently a Twitter user posted pictures of this frog and people have been arguing over the animal it could be. Some argue that it was a turtle without a shell and some made some funny arguments as well. But a conservation biologist laid this argument to rest when she explained what this creature actually was.
