Ingredients: 20 g gelatin powder, 120 g water, 300 g glucose, 300 g sugar, 150 g water, 200 g sweetened condensed milk, and 300 g chocolate (White, Milk, Dark or a mix of those), Colored Food
How to do it:
1) Put the gelatin in water for a few minutes;
2) Bring the glucose, sugar, and water to a boil;
3) Take the pan from the heat and stir in the gelatin;
4) Pour in the sweetened condensed milk;
5) Remove air bubbles by pouring over chocolate and buerre mix; bake at 35°C/95°F.
The glossy marbling effect is obtained by combining multiple color glazes and pouring them over the cake.
