A rude customer can spoil your whole day and kill your job satisfaction. One comment, even one word can make you want to leave everything behind.
Austin Simms of Roanoke is from Virginia, he thought that some of his customers could be well mannered if he can use this particular trick. The cups coffee and Tea worker put up a mark showing that the ruder you are, the more you have to pay.
The shop’s sandwich board reads:
“One small coffee”
$5.00
“One small coffee, please”
$3.00
“Hello, I’d like one small coffee please.”
$1.75
That phrase indicates that how a customer should say in order to receive the most inexpensive item. We are busy and dealing with difficulties in the day to day lives, as a result, we become very impolite to others, so when we order our morning coffee, we forget to treat the person who is serving as we would want to be treated ourselves. We forget that this person also another human being.
“I decided because I need to solve all the injustices of the world, to start charging more for people who didn’t take the time to say hello and connect and realize we’re all people behind the counter,” Austin told WDBJ7.
So Austin wrote this on a particular day, in the next morning the photo appeared in a newspaper in England. After that, this news went viral on social media and the internet.
Surely, At CUPS, the service would be great.
