Iantha Naicker is an artist who receives some assistance from ants to complete her paintings. She lures the sugar-coasted ants onto her designs with tiny quantities of sugar, and the ants create complicated shapes that achieve them.

The artist believes ants are fascinating animals, but getting them on camera is more complicated than you would think: “It becomes challenging because they move around rapidly, and I have to shoot as soon as I can,” she explains. It may take many efforts to get the right photo, but the ultimate result is well worth the effort.
