Delugan Messil had said that the concept is based on the landscape plan that already exists and that it balances the natural landscape, technologies, ecological solutions, and architecture. And they have added some new hills, waterfalls, and some other natural things to the existing landscape. There are museums for nature and bonsai in one building. And also it has a restaurant, a library and some more things and there’s a big terrace in the entrance building. With the use of the terrace, people can have a glance at the garden from the top and also can have a good look at the three fantastic domes.

Each dome is made in accordance with a certain climate and has plants that are fully suitable to the relevant climate. Also, desert, tropical, and aquatic gardens are there and the aquatic one is over the lake. And the domes connect with walkways allowing people to walk around the lake. And each dome structure is done using timber beams, but the lighting of them is different and is in a suitable way for the plants.
