Take a look at this marvelous piece of work by the modern construction and architectural approaches. This is a house of 594 square feet. Built on a triangular and a narrow piece of land, they could not go for a wider space. This looks very narrow from the outside but it is not the case when you step in.

This house has two floors. It has a bedroom, a bathroom, living area, kitchen and dining area and also a small play area on an extra mezzanine floor. You might wonder how they could fit so much into a space so narrow and small.

It is all about placement and layout. With all the right space for the right place. They have managed to make this ‘narrow’ house spacious with their rooms. The white color walls exaggerate the space from the inside and windows do not have panes or any extensions since they use the maximum area of the land they could possibly use.

With this genius engineering, this small piece of urban land which no one would ever build a conventional house, is now a happy and loving home.
