“Dance is the most basic and most honest form of communication between my mind and my body and between me and the world.”
Whitney Thore
Dancing is often considered a recreational activity which brings positive results for the physical and social health qualities. Research shows that dancing can improve our mental health by boosting our overall happiness.
We have experienced that there are seniors who sing and dance simultaneously. One of the best Example is Jenny Darren, a 68 years old retired lady from Birmingham. She has been singing since the age of 12 and grew up listening to rock gods.
However, everyone was shocked to see her singing and dancing like a youngster. She ruled the dance floor and made everybody feel good about it. Jenny proved that age is just a number.
Age is a question of mind over matter. If you don’t mind, it doesn’t matter.

We are never too old to start another chapter in our life. But sometimes we could be little late to be a superstar among others.
William Stokkebroe is a 2-year-old kid who surprised the crowd. He initially ran into the middle of a dance floor and impatiently waited to show his moves.
It’s a very rare scene to see a toddler dancing like he owns the floor.
William’s parents, Peter and Kristina Stokkebroe are very proud of his skills towards dancing.
Little William started his dance immediately to Elvis Presley’s Jailhouse Rock and we can all agree that this kid has some rocking skills. Please watch what he does at the end of the dance.
The video shows that William will definitely have a bright future in dancing and entrainment fields.
Please watch this incredible video and share among others.
