So many species, be it plants or animals, appear in the spotlight from time to time and show people the wonders of mother nature. These ducks that literally look like wig-wearing aristocrats from history books will definitely be another proof of it.
For most people, the animal world is mostly made of cats and dogs. They continuously show their love and adoration to puppies and kittens, which is natural, being the most famous animals in the company of people. But, what everyone should know is that the animal world has so much more to offer. From lovable skinny pigs to mossy frogs to Dracula-looking snails, there’s just no limit for the surprises that the animal world has to offer. People should appreciate such rare creatures of nature more.
Another truly fascinating species of farm animals are these white-crested ducks. Ducks that possess this peculiar character have been around for nearly 2,000 years.

These crested ducks can be easily recognized because of the adorable tuft of feathers on the top of their heads, which stand tall like a wig. Though the people on the internet discovered these ducks recently, they were well-known to farmers for hundreds and thousands of years.

It would be a surprise if pictures of this white-crested duck were not turned into memes. So many people found hilarious similarities between these crested ducks and world leaders like George Washington, 18th-century judges, and more. However, all of us can agree that these unique creatures definitely look like arrogant wig-wearing aristocrats.
