Let’s be real no one enjoys being infested with cockroaches. Such bugs not only make many of us uncomfortable, but they are also resilient and fast-breeding, rendering them the most unwanted visitors in our homes and gardens. But it’s not easy to get rid of cockroaches and a Brazilian man named Cesar Schmitz discovered the hard way was an explosion, during his attempt. After being fed up with the bugs last week, 48-year-old Schmitz decided to take matters into his own hands and finally get rid of the cockroaches. “My wife complained that there were a lot of roaches invading our garden. She is scared of them and begged me to destroy their nest under the ground once and for all.” The guy was told the media.
Schmitz decided to take the first step by using a poisonous spray in the hope of killing the unwelcomed bugs will be enough. This did not seem to succeed, however, because cockroaches began to escape from their burrows.
And he decided to try a different solution – to burn his nest to the ground. The guy used some petrol with his two dogs right next to him and started to throw one burning flame after another until a huge explosion tore his entire yard down.
Naturally, the guy was left in shock as his dogs ran for their lives. Fortunately, during the accident, no one got hurt, yeah, except for the cockroaches – this time they weren’t so fortunate.
While the event helped get rid of the roaches and created a funny video, we sure don’t recommend trying it on your own, and Schmitz now regrets it. “I wish I’d thought this through before. I had no idea that this could happen. Luckily, the damage was only contained on the lawn. If I had been standing closer or the table had hit me, it could have been fatal.”
